Established by Loyalty Support Services on February 1, 2017, the Training Center is designed to offer a comprehensive training environment that encompasses general, theoretical, and practical aspects. Our primary objective is to elevate the quality of service and develop a highly skilled workforce capable of delivering exceptional performance across our diverse locations.
Strategically located in the Quwayrah area of the Aqaba Governorate, the LSS Training Center serves as a beacon of quality and versatility. Since its inception, the center has proudly trained over 30,250 fully qualified professionals to date—with a capacity of training up to 250 individuals simultaneously. By bridging staffing gaps, opening new sites, and ensuring readiness for emergencies, we create not just a workforce, but a community of professionals ready to tackle any challenge.
Our training facility’s strategic direction and vision are centered on empowering individuals and organizations through innovative, industry-leading, and accessible training solutions tailored to meet evolving market needs. We aim to offer cutting-edge curricula that blend online and offline methods, supported by robust technology and data analytics for personalized learning experiences. Our bespoke training programs incorporate a holistic approach, which includes highly specialized job-specific training and essential life skills. Additionally, military-style training enhances adaptability, ensuring that our staff can seamlessly integrate and excel in their roles, irrespective of the location.
DEPARTMENTS AND FACILITIES
The Training Center is organized into three departments to ensure efficiency and organization: The Training Department, which manages all theoretical and practical training programs, exams, and certifications; the center’s Management who oversee safety, cleanliness, security, and financial matters; and the Operations Department, providing logistical support.
Trainees and staff also benefit from our state-of-the-art facilities, including a cafeteria that caters to local and international palates, a modern clinic, professional laundry services, well-organized office spaces, on-site tailoring for uniform adjustments, and a barber shop. Additionally, we provide comfortable sleeping quarters for trainees and staff, fitness and wellness centers, and a fully equipped sports club.
